Shiraz subway line 3 project includes the refurbishment and assembly of HK EPB-TBM and implementation of 300 meters drilling by using the technology of EPB machines, that has been designed and built by Herrenknecht Company.
The machine has a drilling diameter of 6.88 m and is a EPB type. The Back-up has modified for tunnel conveyor system and a cross belt is designed and installed for this purpose.
