Tabriz subway line 3 project includes the refurbishment and assembly of 2 EPB NFM TBMs and implementation of 100 meters drilling with the tunneling method and using the technology of EPB machines, that has been designed and built by NFM french Company.
The machine has drilling diameter of 6.88 m and is a EPB type and equipped with an man Lock system while providing the ability to perform hyperbaric operations in necessary situations.
