On December 25, the Second International Conference on Opportunities and Challenges of Using Large-Diameter TBMs was held by the Iranian Tunneling Association (IRTA) with support from Tehran Urban & Suburban Railway Company (Tehran Metro). In the technical papers section of this event, Dr. Ebrahim Farrokh and Dr. Davood Lotfi from the R&D Department of Tunnel saz Machine (TSM) presented a lecture on the company's capabilities in designing and manufacturing large-diameter Cutter Head TBMs for hard rock ground conditions.
